Join Julie + Kendra as they guide you to adapt your own positive affirmations and practice creating your own affirmations and developing other skills to support your positive thinking and empower others to do the same.
This workshop is geared towards anyone interested in incorporating creativity and positive self-talk to promote their self-care. No prior experience or knowledge in affirmations is necessary.
